For Absent Class:
➤ Students/Parents must inform us via WhatsApp Message at least **24 hours in Advance** (preferably 1 to 3 days before the class).
➤ Same-day absence requests will not be accepted.
➤ An absent class can be adjusted only **Once per Month**, subject to a maximum of **3 adjustments in 24 Sessions (within 3 Months).**
➤ **Only 3 absences are permitted within 24 sessions. If a student remains absent for more than 3 sessions within 24 sessions, the institute will not be responsible for any loss of learning, incomplete syllabus coverage, performance issues, examination results, or any other consequences arising from excessive absenteeism.**
➤ The adjustment facility is valid for **10 days from the date of the missed class.**
➤ In case of absence due to medical reasons, the student must submit a valid **Medical Certificate or Doctor's Report.**---
